As the Assistant Managing Editor, Flight Officer Jerry Horn gets to handle all the stuff our esteemed Managing Editor and fat-fingered code-monkey either can't or won't deal with (what was that about something always flowing 'downhill?') Plus, Jerry helps manage the CadetLife image gallery system along with Mike Crockett. Now you know why there are so many photos of Britney Spears and J-Lo in there!

FO Horn is the Delaware Wing web master website, something the entire region can be proud of. Jerry is a former Phase III cadet from the New Castle Composite Squadron, Delaware Wing.

He has attended the first (and only, thanks in no small part to Horn's actions!) eastern National Encampment in 1998 at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland; attended the Leadership Academy held at the 1999 Tri-Wing Encampment; was the Cadet PA Officer in Charge at the 2000 Tri-Wing Encampment, was the Cadet Comm OIC at the 2001 Tri-Wing Encampment, and was the Cadet PA OIC (again!) at the 2002 Tri-Wing Encampment.. And, he will be attending the 2003 Tri-Wing Encampment as their Senior PA, teaching 3 impressionable cadets the fine art of photographic blackmails.

FO Horn has served at various levels in his home squadron, and has been to five encampments, as of this writing. FO Horn at one point was engaged in a strenuous competition to be the cadet with the longest time-in-grade as a Cadet 1st Lt until he "crossed into the grey" in early 2003. FO Horn is now the Delaware Wing Public Affairs Officer, as of April 2003.
